Progress at Magnolia House
May Update:
Construction at Magnolia House continues to move forward as more exterior and interior details begin to take shape throughout the home. Recent progress has included installation of stone veneer, continued siding and soffit work, lighting rough-in, and additional metal roof flashing.
As the exterior continues to come together, Magnolia House is beginning to reflect the warm, welcoming environment it was thoughtfully designed to provide. Ongoing work throughout the home continues to support the vision of creating a comfortable, purpose-built setting centered around connection, dignity, and meaningful daily living.
Upcoming work includes retaining wall construction, completion of the generator pad, continued soffit installation, lighting progress, and service inspections as the project advances toward its next phase.
