As the Founder and driving force behind Physician Care Homes LLC, Dr. Jeffrey P. LaFond MS, MD, FACG, leverages his extensive background in patient care, particularly with vulnerable populations, and business experience as the Vice President of a large medical practice. His passion for creating a resident-focused experience, rooted in unparalleled care by passionate caregivers in a homelike setting, forms the cornerstone of our mission to create an environment that seamlessly blends medical expertise, current evidence based practices in optimizing care for individuals with memory impairment, luxury, individualized care and compassion to offer a truly exceptional senior living experience at Physician Care Homes (PCH).

Founder
Dr. Marco A. Ugas, MD, completed his medical training at the University of Virginia. He subsequently became interested in finance, entrepreneurship, investing, and real estate and now practices medicine part-time. When he is not working on his investment or real estate ventures, he enjoys traveling with his wife and four children and spending time on his cattle ranch in Central Oregon.
